Revelan la rutina de ejercicios de solo 7 minutos que ayudó a Adele a bajar de peso (08/03/2017)

Con solo tres discos editados, adele se ha convertido en una de las cantantes más cotizadas de los últimos años. Así como su vida ha cambiado por completo en menos de una década, su look se ha transformado radicalmente.

La propia adele reveló tiempo atrás a People que decidió bajar de peso por cuestiones de salud y que con el paso de los años llegó a perder alrededor de 30 kilos. Este asombroso cambio se debió a una modificación sustancial de su estilo de vida.

La alimentación, por supuesto, fue fundamental: la intérprete ha contado que dejó de consumir refrescos, alcohol, carne, dulces y alimentos procesados para optar por una dieta vegetariana. Además, abandonó el cigarrillo.

Pero eso no es todo. Como parte de su transformación, Adele realiza una peculiar rutina de ejercicios que ha sido revelada por su entrenador personal, Peter Geracimo, a la revista People.

“7 minutos en el cielo”

Así denomina Geracimo a la rutina que realiza la cantante. Lo más llamativo de su entrenamiento es su duración: solo 7 minutos de ejercicio intenso. Sin descansos mayores a 10 o 15 segundos entre cada pose, los “7 minutos en el cielo” constan de los siguientes ejercicios:

Primer minuto: “la tabla” se realiza con la espalda bien derecha, se sostiene un minuto sobre manos y pies, mirando al suelo.

Segundo y tercer minuto: flexiones de brazos laterales alternadas, con el torso de costado, como una tabla, apoyado sobre pies y antebrazo, y el brazo de arriba levantado o apoyado en la cintura. Un minuto sosteniendo la pose de cada lado.

Cuarto minuto: igual que la pose del minuto uno, pero se sostiene apoyándose en los antebrazos.

Quinto minuto: hay que sentarse en el suelo, pecho mirando al techo, rodillas flexionadas, antebrazos apoyados en el piso y levantas los glúteos manteniendo el torso derecho. Un minuto sosteniendo la posición.

Sexto minuto: acostado boca arriba, se levantan las piernas, los brazos y los hombros del suelo, y se mantienen las piernas en un ángulo de 45 grados.

Séptimo minuto: ejercicio estilo “Superman”. Recostarse boca abajo y levantar alternadamente brazos y piernas contrarias.

Aunque no suena complicado, es más difícil de lo que parece: “Es una gran prueba que le doy a todo el mundo a ver cómo lo hacen. Sin embargo, algunas personas se detienen a los 10 segundos, temblando y temblando”, asegura el entrenador.

En el siguiente video puedes ver las siete poses, sostenidas durante algunos instantes, con solo dos diferencias respecto a lo descripto por el entrenador de adele. La segunda pose en el video es realizada con apoyo en mano, no en antebrazo; y los ejercicios quinto y sexto están realizados en orden invertido.
