La mayoría de los “antes y después” de personas desconocidas que cambiaron radicalmente su cuerpo tienen que ver con una baja drástica de peso. Se trata de hombres y mujeres con obesidad que deciden modificar su estilo de vida, llevar una alimentación sana y hacer ejercicio para alcanzar la meta. Los kilos bajados suelen ser uno de los datos que más llaman la atención.

Pero no siempre es así. El caso de Adrienne Osuna se está volviendo viral porque su transformación ha sido diferente. Su cuerpo ha cambiado por completo desde que pesaba 82 kilos hasta ahora, que pesa… 81 kilos. Mismo peso, otra figura. Entonces, ¿el peso no importa?







“La balanza no distingue entre grasa y músculo”, escribió esta madre de cuatro hijos en su cuenta de Instagram, para sintetizar en una sola frase el secreto de su transformación.

A través de Instagram y de su blog, Osuna relata cómo ha conseguido que el ejercicio físico cambie su figura, sin recurrir a dietas. “He perdido grasa y he ganado músculo, lo que hizo que mi peso se mantenga estable, pero como pueden ver, mis medidas y mi talla se han reducido.”

La mujer cuenta que tiempo atrás debió lidiar con varias fluctuaciones de peso, pero llegó un momento en el que comenzó a hacer ejercicio anaeróbico, principalmente levantamiento de pesas, y eso le ha permitido cambiar su silueta sin adelgazar.



Osuna además de inspirar a otras personas a seguir sus pasos, busca desmitificar el levantamiento de pesas: “no te hará ver masculina o corpulenta, sino que te tonificará y dará forma”, explica en su blog.
