Tenía una amiga que pesaba 97 kilos y  cuando a ella se le preguntaba por su gordura decía “lo mío debe ser glandular, no sé por qué engordo”. Y si bien en su caso la verdad no era tan así, nunca más ví a nadie comerse media torta sola. Anécdota aparte lo cierto es que a veces cambios en la rutina de actividades o mínimas alteraciones a la alimentación, pueden hacer que comencemos a engordar sin un razón aparente.Atentos: Cinco cosas que debemos evitar porque nos hacen engordar sin saberlo

El sitio web Planetamujer.com, investigó el tema y dio con cinco motivos por los que es probable que uno pueda estar ganando peso, sin saberlo:

1.-Te dejaste de mover: ya sea porque cambiaste de trabajo, dejaste de caminar al bus,  lo cierto es que un cambio de este tipo en tu rutina diaria hará que gastes menos calorías. De ahí que sea bueno que identifiques el cambio y puedas reemplazar ese movimiento por algún tipo de actividad, caminar o hacer otra cosa, que quizás no sea necesariamente ir al gimnasio.

2. Dejaste de comer en tu casa: si hasta ahora llevabas comida al trabajo y decidiste comenzar a comprar afuera, aunque creas y jures que estás comiendo lo mismo, puede ser que ese alimento  no sea tan igual al que preparabas por lo que te está generando  sobrepeso, asegura el sitio Planeta Mujer. El consejo, si no puedes volver a la forma anterior, es dejar de consumir un par de carbohidratos.

3. Adoptaste un nuevo alimento: me pasaba que encontré que lo mejor para la vida era dejar el pan y comer cereales y si bien “por tincada” retorné al desayuno original, este listado parece darme la razón porque aseguran que una tercera causa al momento de engordar es  que hay alimentos que pueden parecer muy sanos, pero como traen más azúcar o incluso producen más sed y por tanto tomamos más agua y el organismo reacciona con sobrepeso.

4. Cambiaste tus horarios de alimentación: no son pocos los casos de personas que al alterar sus horas de alimentación ven también cómo cambia su peso en la balanza. Una idea, como siempre, volver a la rutina original o como recomiendan los nutricionistas, ingerir algún alimento previo “a la comida fuerte” para no llegar con tanta hambre.

5. Problemas hormonales: nadie puede negar que las mujeres tendemos a culpar las hormonas de todo, especialmente de las ganancias de peso indeseadas. Lo cierto es que en algunos casos esto puede tener un asidero y los especialistas recomiendan consultar al médico ya que pueden ser síntomas de problemas de salud como diabetes, síndrome de ovarios poliquísticos, problemas con la tiroides, etc.
